India women’s team coach selection: Kapil Dev recuses himself from interviewing Manoj Prabhakar

first_imgFormer India captain Kapil Dev, who has been assigned to shortlist the next head coach of the Indian women’s team, has asked the BCCI to recuse him from interviewing Manoj Prabhakar.The process to appoint the next head coach of the Indian women’s team has already begun and the interviews of 10 applicants will take place in Mumbai on Thursday.Besides Kapil Dev, Anshuman Gaekwad and Shanta Rangaswamy will interview the applicants, including India’s World Cup winning coach Gary Kirsten.
